Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Ryuji began his career at a travel agency before joining Recruit Co., Ltd., where he supported local businesses in hiring, retaining, and developing talent through regional job placement programs. Since 2018, he has led tourism projects aimed at rebuilding and revitalizing the Sanriku and coastal Fukushima areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. After gaining valuable experience at a consulting firm and an inbound travel agency, Ryuji joined the launch of THREE GOATS, bringing his expertise to the organization’s mission of promoting Tohoku tourism.
